Comfortable boutique style accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Never crowded. Convenient location near Novena MRT station. Spacious room with washer/dryer and kitchenette. Great breakfast options. Fantastic views from the rooftop garden.

The breakfast options were great, with a good variety of choices and the option for customizations. The rooms, though small, were cozy and was like a studio apartment rather than a hotel room.
The signage for taxi drivers could be improved, as it was difficult for them to find the hotel. Another negative aspect was not mentioned in the reviews.

We had a fantastic stay for 2 weeks at this hotel. The service from all staff was excellent and caring. The spacious rooms and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment had all the necessities we needed. The balcony and sit-out area added a nice touch to the room. Housekeeping promptly responded to and resolved a minor issue. The hotel's convenient location near the MRT and shopping malls made it easy for us to explore the city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the room was spacious and well-designed with breathtaking city views from the balcony. the indoor swimming pool was clean and the gym was well-equipped.
The only minor issue we faced was the limited options available in the restaurant buffet. this was not a major concern as there were plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby that served delicious food.

the exclusive amenities like the indoor pool, restaurant buffet, private facilities, and barbeque grills fulfilled all our expectations. the staff was very professional, providing exceptional service. We enjoyed the prime location advantages, which allowed easy access to the mall and various food options.
We experienced only one minor issue with the hotel, which was the outdoor swimming pool. We expected a larger, wider pool with more outdoor activities and entertainment options.
